Lucid Dreaming? Out-of-Body Experiences?
For my project, I found myself searching up potential topics because I could not for the life of me come up with anything besides parapsychology and ghosts. When I researched some, lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences caught my eye and one of these may end up as my final choice.
The reason I chose these two topics is that my sister has recently acquired an interest in both of these things and constantly tells me stories of successful attempts or ways in how to have an out of body experience via astral projection and how to control your dreams through lucid dreaming. I for one have never really tried myself, but I've heard stories and watched enough horror movies to somewhat have a belief that they are possible to do. Because of this, I think I would really enjoy investigating either-or.
These are interesting topics. I think there might be more research on lucid dreaming.
ReplyDeleteActually, there is a lot of good research on both topics. If you do out of body experiences, you might also investigate near death experiences, like those described in Leslie Kean's book Surviving Death, which is now a Netflix series.
